Participation Waiver

My child has my permission to participate in a weekly movement education class directed by Wee Move LLC hosted at my child's preschool and/or at my home. I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wee Move LLC and its owners, employees and any other persons acting on their behalf (hereinafter referred to as “releasees”) from all claims alleging negligence which are brought by or on behalf of the minor child (participant) or are in any way connected with such participation by minor. I hereby agree, on behalf of myself and all other persons representing the interests of the participant, to the following terms: I acknowledge that known and unanticipated risks that could result in damage to property and physical injury are risks inherent in this event, and that I assume such risks. I understand that such risks simply cannot be eliminated, despite use of safety equipment, without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activity. My child’s participation in this class is purely voluntary and I agree to their participation despite those risks. I represent that I have adequate insurance to cover or agree to bear the costs of any injury my child may incur while participating in this activity. I also represent that my child is capable of undertaking this event. If at any time my child is unable to participate due to physical or medical conditions, they will immediately discontinue participation. I further represent that my child has no medical or physical condition which could interfere with their safety in this activity, or else I am willing to assume and bear the costs of all risks that may be created, directly or indirectly, by any such condition. I understand that gymnastics is best understood visually and agree to allow photos or videos of my child to be shared via newsletter and/or social media. I hereby release, waive, discharge and agree not to sue Wee Move LLC and its releasees.
